It's no secret that dropping pounds also helps drop unhealthy blood pressure levels, and may even allow the individual to forego medications if the numbers reach healthy levels.  Weight loss also injects stamina and energy, making exercise and activity much easier.  When weight loss combines with exercise, stronger lungs are born.
